About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care to clients living with physical or intellectual disabilities. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Assisting with community access and participation

• Helping clients reach personal goals and maintain independence

• Medication administration and documentation

• Implementing behaviour support plans (if applicable)

Work may be in private homes, shared accommodation, or in the community.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in disability or community support

• Relevant qualification (e.g. Cert III or IV in Individual Support or Disability)

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Manual handling and medication certificates (or willingness to obtain)

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Compassionate, professional, and committed to client dignity and choice
