THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead the team to provide a sincere client experience while ensuring maximum profitability. You will achieve and maintain operational excellence through the efficient running of all areas of the department. Your commercial awareness and connection to the local client base will ensure the success of your department.
As the Department Manager, you will drive sales targets, KPIS and client strategy, and analyze the business to identify anomalies and propose action plans. You will assign clear targets to each team member and provide weekly reporting.

To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in people management, retail experience, and experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus.
