ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client operates in over 30 countries globally and is a leading provider of facility services here in Australia and New Zealand. With long-standing customer relationships and contract tenures across a diverse range of markets, they are a proven partner to work with.
THE ROLE
Effectively oversee and manage the Quality, Compliance & Safety obligations of the company - Whole of Government contract in accordance with the company's Policies & Procedures and the relevant State and National regulations.
The role involves undertaking regular site audits to ensure that the services delivered to clients conform to high-quality standards and comply with all contractual obligations, including industry standards and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular cleaning site audits and reviews
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on compliance and quality performance
- Assess service quality against contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address any non-compliance issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions liaising with respective Area Managers.
- Ensure site induction requirements are adhered to and perform work in accordance with client site standards
- Coordinate and assist in the development and review of site risk assessments and safe work procedures.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced level of Microsoft Applications competency.
- Certificate in Internal Auditing (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
- Superior time management/organisational skills.
- Client liaison and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated communication skills verbal and non-verbal.
- Experience in an environment that requires a focus on Quality, Compliance & Safety.
- Knowledge of relevant Industry standards State & National legislative WHS requirements
- Data interpretation and report writing experience.
- Experience and exposure to HSE Coordination and operational excellence in a site.
