Our client is a leading technician service provider in South Australia.

The successful candidate will have

• Experience working with technician equipment.
• Capable of working independently and have strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive Attitude and Drive: The right attitude and enthusiasm are crucial.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and individual setting.
• Demonstrate a stong understanding for safety.
• Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate all service, warranty and scheduled maintenance requirements for the region, to ensure customers maintenance and repair needs are satisfied 100%.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is processed for each job in a timely manner and customers are supplied with relevant copies supporting the completed job.
• Provide battery operating assistance and advice to customers in daily battery maintenance and proper charging procedures.
• Undertake to build, re-build and install batteries to the current specification and quality standards for sales within the state.
• Sell service contracts to all users of traction batteries ensuring these contracts are carried out on time.
• Sell the range of Industrial products to end users in the State.
• Maintain a close relationship with all customers within the State.
• Provide product information and technical support to all customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
