THE ROLE

We are seeking multiple Procurement Officers to support end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tender evaluation, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring compliance with relevant government procurement policies and frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, and contract administration in line with government policies and frameworks.
• Conduct supplier evaluation, negotiations, and performance monitoring to ensure value for money and compliance.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support procurement planning, reporting, and governance requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Current Baseline (or higher) Security Clearance, or active clearance issued by an Australian Government organisation, is highly preferred.
• Previous experience within Federal, State, or Local Government environments is highly preferred.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field.
