Have you got experience in Finance and Insurance experience in the Motor Trade/Motorcycle/Boats or Caravans? Our client is seeking an experienced F & I (Business) Manager to join their dynamic team.

Duties required:

1. Attend morning meeting to discuss progress of deals in action and upcoming deliveries

2. Ensure an early finance introduction for every guest enquiry

3. Present all guests with all finance and insurance products

4. Receipt all deposits and settlement payments

5. Update deals with relevant information

6. Ensure all paperwork is in order and funds received prior to release of vehicles

7. Maintain Finance & Insurance log and save to public server for review by FC and Management

8. Ensure banking is received by Admin before 9am

9. Advise Sales team and PD when finance approved to facilitate delivery

10. Assist with guests when team busy and also ensure early introduction in RTAS

11. Assist with yard as and when required

12. Achieve or exceed set KPIs across all products

13. Ensure any guest complaints received are dealt with appropriately and outcome is communicated to the Guest Experience Manager.

14. Irrespective of circumstances, report facts honestly to the General Manager, fellow staff members and the financier.

Salary on offer $60k per annum plus super and commission
