Our dynamic client in who specializes in a Japanese brand is seeking an experienced Showroom Floor Manager (Assistant Vehicle Manager) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Floor Managers are accountable for the profitable retailing of new vehicles while ensuring the Customer experience is achieved / exceeded and GSI targets are met and maintained.

General Duties

• To represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
• Greet each customer as they enter the showroom.
• Check in with the customer and sales consultant throughout the sales process.
• Maintaining a high knowledge level about Toyota vehicles and products.
• Collect relevant and required consumer contact data.
• Service all allocated sales inquiries in a prompt and effective manner.
• Follow up all customers that leave without purchasing within the next business day.
• Maintain regular dialogue with all unsold customers.
• Enter all customer dialogue into dealer socket and ensure sales consultants are following this same process.
  
  Working hours: 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday / 8.30am to 5pm on Saturday with one day off per week.
  
  Salary on offer $60 000 plus super, Commission and company car.
