We are currently seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to take ownership of our client's spare parts and tooling operations, ensuring critical equipment and materials are always available to keep our production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As the Spare Parts Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the maintenance and reliability functions by:

  • Managing and controlling the spare parts store in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Preparing tools and spares for planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
  • Receiving, identifying, and coding spare parts according to asset structure in SAP.
  • Shipping materials externally for repair or return.
  • Administering lubricants and managing repairable spares.
  • Performing regular cycle counts and executing 5S principles in all storage areas.
  • Managing consumables, tools, company vehicles (UTE/forklifts/loader), and the key registry.
  • Supporting CAPEX-related spare part integration and vendor coordination.
  • Maintaining spare part material master data in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Monitoring obsolete, slow-moving, or excess inventory.
  • Using ERP systems for replenishment and inventory accuracy (MRP process).

Your Profile

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in spare parts, inventory, or maintenance coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and housekeeping skills (5S mindset).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on ability to manage tools and vehicle assets.
  • Strong data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently, with a proactive attitude during breakdown or maintenance events.

Desirable Competencies

  • Experience supporting maintenance teams during both preventive and emergency work.
  • Ability to contribute to purchasing decisions and manage vendor interactions.
  • Understanding of MRP settings and inventory control practices.
  • Prior experience managing CAPEX spares and technical material catalogues.
