Duties include:

Meeting and Greeting Toyota Customers as they arrive with their vehicle to our service department.

Communication with the customer throughout the day with updates, approvals on additional works recommended and confirmation of handover time.

Training both e-learning modules and factory training face to face sessions

Processing invoices and payments

Communicate with the workshop to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs.

Provide detailed service recommendations and quotes to customers.
