Our client offers an extensive selection of specialty chemical solutions designed to cater to various industrial needs. Their diverse product range is tailored for applications such as metalworking fluids, glass industry processes, transportation, engineering, and overhaul operations.

The primary function of this role is to provide customer service, administrative and financial support to colleagues, customers and stakeholders of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance
- Chrome River Expense System: Perform the roles of Chrome River co-ordinator, expense & receipt processor, employee and role administrator.
- Program administrator for Citibank.
- Provide monthly reports for employee expense accrual.
- Assist with the administration of the Linkt Toll account.
Customer Service
- Maintain an orderly operating rhythm and workflow in line to the day to day responsibilities of the role and priorities.
- Submit requests for new customers, vendors and updates via the MDG to maintain customer master data.
- Responsible for the administration of segmented account and liaising with and supporting the respective Technical Representatives.
- Respond and action all segmented account customer / stakeholder enquiries and any escalated matters.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- SAP expertise.
- Previous phone-based customer service experience and excellent computer skills.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to set priorities and work within set timeframes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
