Role Requirements:

  • Answer incoming calls from Clients/Providers and key support people and respond to their inquiries.
  • Handle Client/Provider concerns with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Meet performance metrics such as productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Process invoices and resolve cases in a timely manner with the intention of first touch resolution.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a role where high levels of customer service have been provided.
  • Previous administrative experience providing service that requires a high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to be flexible in the workplace to be able to meet changing demands.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook
