In this client focused role, you'll take ownership of strategic accounts across NSW and VIC - delivering exceptional service, growing business relationships, and aligning packaging solutions to customer needs.

The Role:

Managing a portfolio of clients across NSW and VIC, you'll be the key link between the business and its customers. Delivering tailored solutions, growing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Regular travel to NSW and occasional visits to QLD will keep your work varied and engaging.

Candidates based in either NSW or VIC are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review needs and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Production, Design)
• Manage rolling forecasts, monitor orders, and resolve issues.
• Report on sales performance, market trends, and client activity
• Monitor invoicing and assist with account queries.
• Actively manage slow moving stock
• Support contract renewals and ongoing account development.

About You:

• Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Sales position role.
• Sales experience within the packaging or manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of product sales, forecasting, and negotiation
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to travel to NSW and QLD
