THE COMPANY

Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to support their busy parts department at their Ford and Mitsubishi dealership in Biloela.

THE ROLE

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the go-to expert for identifying, sourcing, and supplying automotive parts. You'll work closely with technicians, service advisors, and customers to ensure the right parts are delivered on time and with a smile.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Accurately identify and source parts using vehicle information and catalogues.
• Assist customers and workshop staff with parts inquiries and orders.
• Process orders, invoices, and returns using dealership systems.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Recommend additional parts and accessories where appropriate.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
