Our client is one of Australia's best known glass repair specialists, based in Morley, WA. They are excited to offer a rewarding Auto Glazing Apprenticeship where you can build your career in the automotive technology industry.

As an apprentice, you'll embark on a journey to become a fully qualified Automotive Technician - obtaining your Certificate 3. Over two years, you'll progress from Level 1 to Level 5, with pay increases every 3-4 months upon completion of technical milestones. Supported by dedicated Technical Trainers and collaborative team environment, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

About The Role:

Under the guidance of the Branch Manager and Auto Technician (Leading Hand), you'll learn and apply technical skills in repairing and replacing automotive glass. From chip repairs to windscreen replacements and recalibrations, you'll deliver exceptional service with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. This role is Tuesday - Saturday, 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Master chip repairs, windscreen replacements, and recalibrations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and maintain a professional presentation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Uphold health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Work in branch and on site.

Requirements:

  • High school certificate.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to personal development and success.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol tests.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 22kg.
