About the role.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Senior Salesperson / Keyholder position in a permanent part-time capacity, offering consistent hours and real responsibility.
In this role, you will take ownership of your shifts and play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. You will independently manage opening and closing procedures, oversee accurate cash handling and POS transactions, and maintain high merchandising and presentation standards.

Your key responsibilities.
As a Senior Salesperson, you will take ownership of daily store operations, including independently opening and closing the store, managing cash handling and POS transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
You will deliver exceptional customer service, build strong customer relationships, and support, mentor, and guide team members during shifts. Additionally, you will maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and overall store presentation, assist with daily operational tasks to achieve sales targets, and uphold company values while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
About you.
You will bring previous experience in a customer-facing sales role and feel confident managing cash handling and POS systems. Experience with opening and closing responsibilities is essential, along with the ability to support and guide team members during shifts.
You are reliable, proactive, and take ownership of your work. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are key to succeeding in this position. Previous keyholder or supervisory experience will be highly regarded, particularly within retail or hospitality environments. Experience within a small or family-owned business is advantageous.
A genuine interest and broad knowledge of pop culture, including movies and television across multiple decades, would be highly beneficial and well aligned to the customer base.
