Our client operates and manages an Australian award-winning technology company specialising in the design, installation and support of electrical and data communications cabling for the Government, Defence, Education, Corporate and Construction industries.

They are seeking an experienced Storeperson that holds a current driver's license and forklift license with experience to join their team, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am starts.

Duties include:

You will be working within the warehouse team to fulfill general warehouse duties using a forklift alongside managing suppliers, inventory and delivery of materials.

• Liaising with management, suppliers, and customers with respect to stores operations
• Safely and efficiently performing deliveries
• Storing and packing of goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulations
• Preparation and receipt of appropriate documentation including liaison with suppliers
• Accurately completing and collecting all required documentation
• Manual handling of products
• Conduct inventory control
• General warehouse duties

Essential Criteria:

• Hold a valid forklift licence with experience
• Hold a current driver's licence and own transport
• Demonstrated warehouse/storeperson experience
• Basic operation of computer terminal or similar equipment
• Good communication and computer skills
• Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
• Use of tools and equipment within the warehouse (basic non-trades maintenance)
• Physically fit - able to comfortably lift 20-25kg
