ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with the right opportunities. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from attracting and sourcing candidates to their successful placement. You'll take ownership of advertising, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while also supporting sales and negotiation efforts.

Beyond recruitment, you'll build strong relationships with clients through in-person visits, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and helping them build high-performing teams.

Day to day, you will:

  • Negotiate and gain a full and comprehensive job brief.
  • Prepare effective job advertisements and conduct thorough screening, assessment, and selection processes to identify top talent.
  • Perform reference checks to ensure candidates are the right fit for the role and company.
  • Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates after placement, ensuring a smooth transition and successful outcomes.
  • Accurately manage all recruitment-related documentation, including invoicing, within required timeframes.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients through service calls and implement promotional activities to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a cultural ambassador for the business and play a pivotal role in managing all aspects related to our workforce. You are highly motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic about helping others.

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualities:

  • A background working in varied recruitment campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to screen, secure and retain quality candidates.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or Marketing is advantageous
  • Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both candidates and clients effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions
