Are you an organised, customer-focused professional looking for a temporary role with a great team? Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join them on a 6-12 month maternity leave cover. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in customer service or sales support.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Responding to customer enquiries and delivering exceptional service
* Assisting the sales team with administrative support
* Communicating delivery times and stock levels with customers
* Managing general account enquiries and updating customers on stock availability
* Performing a variety of customer service tasks


What We're Looking For:

* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
* A well-organised and proactive approach to work
* Professional and pleasant phone manner
* Previous experience in customer service is a must
* Resilience, a can-do attitude, and a great sense of humour
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Other Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Experience using Attache (or similar accounting/stock systems) is a plus
* Ability to start at 7:00 am and finish at 2:30 pm (Monday-Thursday) - hours can be flexible
