About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Aged Care Worker skilled in aged care and support. Located around Melbourne CBD, your key responsibilities include assisting in ensuring patient comfort as well as general admin duties.

Requirements:

Previous experience within Aged Care services in Australia.
Strong communication and patient care skills
Availability for part-time or full-time

Your key responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Personal care assistance
• Manual Handling
• Medication management and administration
• Domestic duties
• Bladder & bowel care support
• Social support and wellbeing
• Full supervision of the client
• Seizure and diabetes management

About you:

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will have the following requirements:

• Previous aged care experience (Minimum 6 months experience)
• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or other relevant qualifications
• Manual handling certificate
• Medication administration and management certificate
• Current accredited First aid and CPR
• National Police Check
• Right to live and work within Australia
• Covid vaccination
• 2 current reference checks

We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client-focused.
