About the role.

We have an exciting and rewarded support opportunity to share with you. Located in the Sunshine Coast , you will be part of an amazing Aged Care team.


Your key responsibilities.

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Aged Care Worker who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal care and tasks of daily living according to Resident's individual Care Plan
• Attends to resident's care and services and their needs, goals, and preferences in line with the care plan
• Contributes information to residents' assessment and care plans
• Ensures that all aspects of care and services uphold Resident rights including dignity, respect and privacy

About you.

To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience.


Required

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Aged Care and work experience in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility
• Must possess unlimited work rights in Australia
• Current vaccinations: COVID-19 booster and current influenza vaccination
• Current National Police Check
• First Aid and CPR Qualifications
• Manual Handling and Infection Control
• NDIS and WWC Check
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, reliable and adaptable
• Professional and well-presented
• Is eager to contribute and have a passion for quality care
