Below you will find options to report an injury, a potential hazard or a near miss.
Both Drake and the host employer have a responsibility to act on any reported injuries, incidents, near misses or hazards. You, as an employee, also have a responsibility to report such events and to protect the health and safety of yourself and others at the workplace.
No matter how minor you think the injury is, always report it immediately, don’t wait until the next day. Follow the steps below:
If you’ve witnessed a safety incident, near-miss, bullying, harassment, or any other situation that may cause physical or psychological injury, advise your supervisor and call Drake 24/7 on 13 14 48. For non-urgent incidents and near misses, use the incident and near miss report form.
Once you click on Submit, this report will be forwarded to your nominated branch. We will not be able to provide feedback to you or obtain further information as your submission is confidential.
Have you seen something that you feel may be unsafe? Proactive reporting of hazards is key to reducing injuries. Report these immediately to your supervisor on site and advise Drake by calling 24/7 on 13 14 48 or use this hazard report form.
