The Role:

As a Technical Projects & CI Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising systems and processes across multiple production sites. From introducing modern technologies to streamlining operations, your work will support strategic transformation and continuous improvement at every level.

This is a national role that requires regular travel to engage with stakeholders and teams across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycles - from scoping and planning to delivery and reporting.
• Improve manufacturing processes through automation and digitisation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Mentor and coach teams in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with plant and functional leaders to embed operational excellence.
• Develop project documentation, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Process, Product Design)
• Certificate in Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2)
• 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing, process engineering, or technical services environment
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques
• Proven project leadership in cross functional manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and process automation
• Exceptional problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
