Our client is a well-known department store chain, with an iconic household name who cares for their employees and value their hard work and commitment. They are seeking Freight Handlers/Dockhands for seasonal work potenatilly leading in ongoing employment assisting with the loading/unloading of trucks and conveyors and prepare to be ready for distribution.

• Monday to Friday: 6am-2pm

The role:

• Working in the warehouse loading and unloading boxes/cartons/packages on and off the conveyor
• Loading and unloading boxes/cartons/packages from trucks in the loading dock
• Preparation for distribution
• Heavy lifting required
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
• Other general warehouse duties when required

About You:

• Physically Fit - workload can be repetitive
• Must be comfortable working in a warehousing environment
• Able to lift 25kg comfortably
• Be reliable and committed
• Flexible and happy to work extra days where needed
• Own transport is ideal
• Available to work Monday to Friday as a minimum
