About the role.

Are you an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter looking for your next opportunity within a supportive and professional team?

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, interpreting machinery parts, preparing quotations, and driving sales growth through strong client relationships and technical knowledge.

Your key responsibilities.

• Accurately identify and interpret machinery and equipment parts using electronic systems, manuals, and technical resources.
• Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales orders
• Manage daily customer transactions and support sales activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Contribute to process improvements and team success

About you.

• 3-5 years' experience as a Parts Interpreter within earthmoving, construction, or heavy agricultural machinery
• Strong knowledge of off-highway or heavy equipment parts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-presented, professional, and proactive attitude
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
• Forklift licence and current driver's licence preferred
