Our Premium client in Fortitude Valley is looking for a Finance and Insurance Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
  
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule
  
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
  
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
  
• Track portfolio with lenders * Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals

• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts
  
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements
  
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
  
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
  
  Requirements:
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  
• Self-motivation Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
