About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Officer to oversee all payroll and HR administration for a busy office based in Wingfield. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (8am to 4pm), ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process end-to-end payroll

  • Maintain employee records and ensure legislative compliance

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Manage employee benefits administration

  • Handle HR queries and provide general support to staff and management

  • Assist the company director with admin tasks such as diary management and bookings

  • Ensure WHS certification processes are supported

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR/payroll role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Advanced MS Office and payroll/accounting software skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Discreet and professional with confidential information
