About the role

We are currently seeking multiple Disability support workers to work in the Joondalup and surrounding areas to support outgoing individuals residing in their own home. We are looking for passionate, caring and dedicated workers who can actively engage in supporting individuals to complete Personal Care tasks, ADLs and access the community to pursue individual interests. An easy going and friendly yet professional persona is a must. If you want to make a difference to lives and love working in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you!

About you

• Current WA licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• NDIS screening check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Current Manual Handling Certificate
• Current Medication Certificate

Essential

• Experience with Acquired Brain Injuries highly desirable.
• PEG experience highly desirable
• Tracheostomy experience highly desirable (or willingness to learn)
• Dysphagia experience highly desirable
• Catheter, bowel care experience highly desirable
