Ideally in an environment which is busy and working within a small team, your experience should cover both large and small scale complex outdoor events and encompasses a broad range of clerical and administrative skills.

Your Key role responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Conduct all administrative related tasks for our events such as on preparing on sale documentation, exhibitor manuals and communications/enquiries with exhibitors.
  • Manage event casuals and volunteers at shows under the direction of the Event Manager.
  • Manage office onsite at each event which includes setup, operation and shut down
  • Undertake general administration and clerical tasks for the events team including photocopying documents, managing the mail, filing of regulatory documents etc.
  • Ordering of stationary, sullies and uniforms required for events.
  • Taking all incoming phones calls and distribute to appropriate event staff;
  • Booking all couriers;

The successful applicant must:

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated hands on experience in a clerical and administrative role in an events setting;
  • The ability to establish positive and effective working relationships;
  • A Strong focus on attention to detail and be able to manage their time effectively;
  • Have the ability to work in a small team;
  • Have strong computer skills in Microsoft suite of programs;
  • Have a sense of humour.

You will work with a high performing team in a professional and fun environment.

Permanent (full-time) Monday - Friday

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Salary $60k - $65k + superannuation

Immediate start for successful candidate.
