Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse (Complex Care)

Location: Castle Hill, NSW

Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Shifts/ Regular Shift Patterns

Pay Rate: $40-45/hour

This role offers monthly rosters based on your availability, along with a structured onboarding program, buddy shifts and paid training so you feel supported from day one. An extensive onboarding program will be provided with buddy shifts to help you with your training and education in the client's care routine.

The Role: Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse

• Personal Cares
• Pressure Area Care and Skin Integrity Support 
• Oral Suctioning
• Enteral Feeding (PEG)
• Medication Administration 
• Manual Handling Including Repositioning & Transfers
• General Household Tasks
• Organisation of Stock and Ordering

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) or Enrolled Nurse qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care
• Current manual handling and medication administration certification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
• Right to work in Australia
• NDIS Orientation Module
• English Fluency - Verbal and Written
• NSW Driver Licence and Comprehensive Cover
