Are you an accomplished Office Manager with a passion for orchestrating seamless office operations?

Our client, based within the community and support services sector, are looking for a dynamic professional like you to join their fast paced team environment. This role will not only see you oversee day to day administrative tasks, but you will also take the lead on basic office functions such as accounts, payroll and basic HR and team support.

Hours of work will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible) and ongoing training and development will be provided.

To be further considered, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Past similar role experience within a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of or within the community services or health sector
  • Strong systems skills including ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly
  • Bubbly & positive personality with adaptable communication skills
  • Hold or able to complete a national police check
  • Hold or be able to obtain NDIS screening check
  • Hold or be able to obtain working with children's card for WA/SA
  • Available ASAP
