About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage reception operations, coordinate bookings, support repair workflows, and ensure every customer receives a professional and positive experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and creating job files
  • Managing repair bookings and workshop schedules
  • Coordinating hire vehicles and customer transport
  • Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Providing repair progress updates and managing customer enquiries
  • Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting estimators, production staff, and management teams
  • Managing incoming calls and reception duties
  • Maintaining a professional reception and customer waiting area
  • Assisting with general administration and office support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A professional and friendly approach to customer interactions
  • Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
  • A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Current and valid driver's licence

Experience within the automotive, collision repair, dealership, or insurance industries will be highly regarded, as will experience using iBodyshop software.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
7:30am - 4:00pm

Additional hours may occasionally be required to support operational requirements.
