THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a dynamic retail professional to join their high-performing team as a Sales Associate, serving as ambassadors of exceptional client service within the boutique. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the store environment and participating in various boutique-related activities, ensuring an exciting and memorable client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Achieve and exceed sales target and other KPIs.
• Delivery exceptional customer service and cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the brand's products and trends to provide expert guidance to clients.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused role.
• Experience in luxury or premium jewellery brands highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
