Our client is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment solutions. They manufacture, deliver, and install our range of innovative products to residential, commercial, and rural clients across the country.

They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinators to join their team based in the office at their Smithfield warehouse site, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

2x roles are on offer for this client - one will be a fixed term 6-month contract (potential to extend if required) and the other will be an ongoing temp to perm assignment.

The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Respond to inbound enquiries for service and warranty work within 24 hours, and provide advice, knowledge and fault finding.
  • Develop business relationships with customers being diligent, helpful and friendly.
  • Effectively prioritise and reprioritise jobs for Field Service Technicians to complete
  • Process warranty claims for pumps and send to suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose the service requirements prior to sending the Field Services Technicians or external supplier.
  • Record interactions with customer and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide details product information and quotation to new and existing customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide follow-up communication with new, existing and potential customers.
  • Processing Jobs, Sales Orders, Sales Quotes and ensuring accurate data entry into LN Infor.
  • Provide information and training on fault finding and resolution of pump and tank issues to the wider client team.
  • Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same.
  • Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
  • Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

About You:

  • Experience handling customer enquiries and diagnosing faults in a customer service or service and warranty environment.
  • Experience in scheduling and allocation of work to service technicians or similar.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Dynamics and related specialist software.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and consultation skills along with the ability to develop a positive, accountable, and customer serviced focused culture.
  • Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
  • Own transport is essential.
