THE ROLE

Our clients are looking for a dynamic retail professional to be their high performing Department Manager. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the store environment and will be involved in multiple boutique related management activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Demonstrating sales leadership to the team and able to monitor and achieve store KPIs.
  • Supporting the team in building long term client relationships, through a client centric mindset.
  • Supporting the store management team in managing and motivating the team to drive business and create a positive and harmonious environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in store operations, stock and inventory management, and visual merchandising.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • You will have previous retail management experience within a retail environment (luxury preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and able to deliver luxury customer service experience.
  • Ability to generate trust among both co-workers and clients.
  • Proven initiative and a can-do attitude.
  • Available to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
