Our client is a leader in load bearing permanent formwork solutions for external and internal concrete walls. For almost 20 years they have been supplying the construction industry with innovative proprietary wall and framing systems. They are looking to expand their existing team and require switched on energetic Machine Operators to join their Minto operations.



This role will involve manual handling, heavy lifting, operating machinery, and general warehouse work. This role is Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm



Key Responsibilities:

You will be working in a versatile role within the warehouse to assist with the day-to-day manufacturing operations. Other tasks may include:

• Setting up of machines
• Operating various machines
• Ensure machines have the adequate materials available for the shift
• Ensure any defect stock is reported
• Maintain a clean work station
• Quality checks on finished product
• Feed raw materials to semi- automated machines
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Maintain activity logs
• Follow production processes
• Fill in batch sheets

Essential criteria:

• Strong work ethic
• Physically fit - can comfortably lift 20kgs
• Great attention to detail
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work over time when required
• Able to follow written procedures
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift Licence
• Mechanical background is desired
• Maintenance background is desired
