Our client, a leading health-based company, is currently seeking three dynamic customer service Administrators to join their team. This role can be based in Werribee, Derrimut, Melton, or Bendigo (depending on your location)
Requirements:
NDIS Workers Screening Check (preferable)
Full-time hours
Standard hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday
Strong computer skills are essential due to the custom scheduling system
Previous experience in customer service administration preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for scheduling and completing intake for new and existing clients
Utilize the custom scheduling system efficiently
Maintain high levels of privacy and confidentiality in handling client information
Position Details:
Duration: 3-4 months
Immediate start
Compensation:
Casual rate: $32.64 per hour
