• Experience with providing personal care to clients with high needs - this includes bowel care and assistance with showering and PEG feeds
• +6 month manual handling experience (using hoist machines)
• Must have a fun, positive attiude
• Be proactive and take initiative
• Language proficiency in Macedonian is highly desirable

• Valid Australian Driver's License
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
• Nationally accredited Medication Administration Certificate
• Nationally accredited Manual Handling training
• Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualifications or experience is preferred

• Full assistance with personal care and manual handling
• Meal preparation and feeds via PEG tube
• Supporting the client in achieving their set goals for the day
• Providing true and authentic companionship to the client
• Participate in recreational activities and engage with community
• Light household duties

• Monthly rosters and weekly pay
• Working within a family centred environment
• Flexible working hours for optimal work/life balance
• Work within a recognised and Global Provider of Complex Care
• 24 hour consultant support with strong management
