• Permanent employment
• You will be paid $35.63 per hour during training. On successful completion of training your pay will increase to $38.53 per hour based on an average 40 hour week

Essential Criteria: The roles are situated within a high performing contact centre where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service with every interaction.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Australian citizen or appropriate long term visa status
• Excellent standard of English and communication skills
• Availability to work rotational roster, Monday-Sunday 24/7 hours
• Strong keyboard skills & typing speed
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Able to commence from early August 2025
• Based in Darwin or relocating ASAP

Desirable Criteria: If you have contact centre experience or a passion for sport, that's a bonus - but not essential. We're looking for dependable, self-driven, adaptable professionals ready to commit to our thorough and fun 10-week paid training program. Shifts will include evenings and weekends, working any five out of seven days. These roles are based on site at the office.
