Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated MIG Welders and Boilermakers to join their team. Experience and tickets are not mandatory, but you must pass our onsite welding test at the time of interview.



About the Role:



Our client is offering both day and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime when required. Day shift runs from 7am to 3:30pm, and the afternoon shift is from 3:30pm to midnight.



Responsibilities:



Welders / Boilermakers:

• Perform general fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, grinding, and drilling under the direction of the Supervisor.
• Operate hand and power tools, cranes, and other equipment.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Adhere to company quality standards.
• Work effectively within a team or autonomously, and display behaviours that align with our clients Core Values.

Production / Labouring:

• Perform general labour tasks including assembling, prepping, cutting, grinding, and drilling.
• Use hand and power tools, cranes, and other equipment as required.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
• Use plant and equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures and manufacturers specifications.
