• SALARY $60,000 + SUPER + ENTITLEMENTS
• PREVIOUS RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN A STOCK/OPERATIONS ROLE REQUIRED

KEY OBJECTIVE

This role contributes to company success by acting as subject matter expert across areas of stock management and related tasks.

THE ROLE

The key to the success of the stock associate role includes, but are not limited to the following tasks:

• Inventory Management
  • Weekly cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
  • Semi-annual stock takes meeting audit standards and specified targets.
• Stock Movement
  • Follow logistics standards for stock transfers.
  • Receive and store incoming stock properly.
  • Efficiently coordinate outgoing stock with logistics.
  • Be the main contact for inter-store transfers with a client-focused approach.
• Stock Room Maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to storage and OHS standards in all stock locations.
  • Consistently check and label all stock items appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities for improved BOH organization.
• Administration
  • Follow stock management policies.
  • Assist with document archiving per audit guidelines.
  • Efficiently coordinate all repair items for a seamless client experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience autonomously working in retail stock role.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
• Highly organised and efficient.
• Self-motivated.
• Communicates to a high standard.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
