The company, manufactures and distributes engines, services and parts for recreational and commercial marine applications, empowering boaters with products that are easy to use, extremely reliable and backed by the most dedicated customer support in the world with 10,000 service points globally.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, The Export Import Officer will be responsible for providing administration support to the supply chain, logistics operations functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Provide administrative support to the supply chain functions.
  • Processing of international inbound documentation by receiving, checking, and verifying shipment documentation.
  • Updating shipping registers and systems with any changes to ETA information.
  • Assist with customs clearance & delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with the logistics carrier on pick-up / delivery, providing customs status and delivery documentation.
  • Prepare Export order picking for warehouse processing.
  • Export shipment data and documentation provided to all parties.
  • Maintain Export Register.
  • Freight invoices audited for correct billing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years proven experience as a Logistics Administrator, Import, Export, or similar role.
  • High school certificate/diploma or qualifications in Supply Chain disciplines i.e., import, export, transport, and logistics.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to learn quickly and able to solve problems effectively.
  • Strong administration and customer liaison skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • MS Dynamics 365 experience an advantage.
