Our client is a leader in Information Technology. We currently have a temp position in Southbank.

The Opportunity
This position is assisting the Facilities Manager with operational activities on site.
Key Responsibilities will include:

• 17th March to 28th April 2023 (temp), Monday to Friday
• Managing of all contractors on site
• Assisting in financial processes - invoicing
• Health and safety management
• Assisting clients with onsite event setup

Key Experience

• Prior Facilities Coordinator experience essential
• Ability to jump into the role with minimal training
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work week days (Monday to Friday) and to work onsite
• Reliable and have great attention to detail
• Work positively and effectively autonomously
