Position Title: Manager Assets and Engineering

The Role:
As the Manager Assets and Engineering, you will lead a dedicated team in developing systems, programs, and strategies to ensure the effective management and maintenance of our client's assets. You will oversee compliance with legislative and regulatory standards, manage service contracts, and drive continuous improvement in asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of asset management plans and maintenance programs.
  • Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
  • Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within the property and facilities portfolio.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced leader who is:

  • Qualified in engineering, construction, asset management, or a related field.
  • Experienced in asset lifecycle planning, contract management, and compliance.
  • A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory and legislative requirements, including WHS.
  • Committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
