Located in Jandakot, our client, a leading supermarket chain is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join their high performing Warehousing Team.

About the Role:

As a pivotal member of the on site leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving excellence across warehouse operations. From handling goods, managing inventory, training and development of the broader team and ensuring a balanced and functional operation is maintained at every turn.

Key Role Details:

Location: Jandakot

Shift Days: Monday - Sunday (part time hours)

Shift Hours: Morning and Afternoon Shifts

The Ideal Applicant Will Possess:

• An experienced leader who enjoys training and motivating other team members
• Past experience or knowledge of warehouse operations
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
• Physically fit and able to pass a full medical examination
• Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
