Our client is an iconic brand in the world of fashion. They are on the look out for an experienced Store Manager to join their dynamic and enthusiastic team.

THE ROLE

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for achieving the sales and profit goals in your store by creating a plan to deliver a great customer experience in line with the area. You ensure you have a great team and support its development, working with succession planning, talent, and leadership development, as well as structured performance management based on results, values, and leadership. You work in accordance with legal requirements and the company's standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

YOUR BENEFITS

• Competitive Salary at $80,000 to $85,000 plus Super

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and actively engage a team of over 40 individuals to capitalize on sales opportunities to their fullest potential.
• You regularly analyse and follow up your Store's Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximise results.
• You contribute to the business success by being outcome-focused, business minded, a team player and a role model.
• You manage the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for your Store.
• You ensure that best practices in store operations are meticulously followed, aligned with the Area plan.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business. 
• The ability to analyse figures and formulate plans to maximize sales. 
• The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals.
• You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
