Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth task completion and achievement of predetermined goals, with a focus on upholding retail operational standards, fostering exceptional customer service, leading teams, and devising sales strategies, while maintaining a deep understanding of internal procedures and ensuring their implementation.
• Monitoring the store's financial health by consistently evaluating sales performance, expenses, and revenues. Developing and implementing strategies to meet established targets, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for enhancement, increase sales, or address deviations from set objectives.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, driving growth in the customer database, and ensuring accurate customer registration on the App for effective segmentation.
• Promoting brand recognition, appeal, and excellence in retail sales.
• Effectively managing operational processes and product life cycles, maintaining accurate inventory records, and initiating timely replenishment orders.
• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge across all product categories in the store and actively participating in seasonal procurement decisions. Ensuring the faithful implementation of Visual Merchandising strategies within the store, in accordance with company protocols and standards.
• Recruiting, training, and motivating store staff.
• Assigning tasks, setting performance standards, and conducting performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury retail
• Entrepreneurial mindset - Problem solver and go-getter
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
