The Company

Based just ouside the Adelaide CBD in Keswick, our client is a respected, well known Disability Provider seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Support Officer to provide high-level support to the CEO. This is a critical role requiring professionalism, and excellent organisational skills.

Type: Full-time hours / 6 Month minimum contract / ASAP Start

About the Role

As a Senior Support Officer, you will provide direct support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, handling high-level administractive tasks, stakeholder coordination and manage daily operations.

Our client is looking for someone who is availale to start ASAP working across full time hours Monday to Friday, with a competitve hourly rate on offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure the Senior Leadership Team's forward work program to ensure that all key priorities will be met
  • Provide the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team with a consolidated 'real-time' view of the current status of executive milestones and actions
  • Work with the team to support timely delivery
  • Understand and resolve complex and/or difficult issues, ensuring that the reputation of the organisation is protected
  • Provide high quality, proactive and evidence-based reports
  • Streamline administrative systems, practices and procedures embracing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage, prioritise and prepare responses to correspondence received by the Chief Executive's Office
  • Act as Secretariat to the Senior Leadership Team meetings/taking minutes
  • Manage Senior Team Leaders diaries and agendas
  • Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the organisation and in dealings with external parties
  • Address and resolve performance issues, including unsatisfactory performance, in a timely and effective way
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and efficiency at all times
  • Undertake any other duties which may become necessary to support the efficient running of the Chief Executive's office

Key Attributes

  • Proven experience within the NDIS, healthcare, or community services sector
  • Able to work at a senior level whilst keeping a real focus on the delivery of detailed actions and plans
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to distil progress into weekly exception reports, specifically highlighting areas of under performance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
