ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Resourcer will partner closely with Recruitment Consultants to support the recruitment process. This role involves sourcing and selecting candidates, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.

Day to day, you will be:

  • Sourcing and selecting candidates from job sites, social media, and other platforms.
  • Networking and advertising open positions to potential candidates.
  • Screening candidates through proper assessment, interview, and selection process.
  • Reference checking of candidates to ensure the suitability of candidates
  • Ensuring that candidate files are well maintained, up to date and treated with strict confidentiality.
  • Conducting regular check-in calls with contractors and maintaining relationships with registered candidates.
  • Accurately presenting the client company and position to candidates, and candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths, areas for improvement, and potential
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries and supporting the sales process.
  • Ensuring the set up and follow-up of electronic timesheets for contractors.

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualities:

  • Background experience in customer service or administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to screen, secure and keep quality candidates.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation ability (with both candidates and clients).
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Results orientated.
  • Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
