Our client is Australia's top manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC)-a lightweight, durable, and sustainable building material. Located at their new Somersby facility on the Central Coast, the business is expanding to a full 24/7 operation with rotating 12-hour shifts.

Shift Roster

You will work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, typically structured as:

• Day Shift: 6am - 6pm

• Night Shift: 6pm - 6am

• 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Overtime available to cover absences or support production peaks

The Role

This hands-on role involves supporting warehouse and production functions, including:

• Machine operation

• Manual handling and general labouring

• Adhering to safety and production procedures

• Potential forklift operation (current license required)

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment

• Current forklift license

• Physically fit - able to lift up to 25kg

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating day/night schedule

• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability
