ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the 360 Recruitment Consultant will partner closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver comprehensive recruitment services. This role encompasses the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sales, negotiation, advertising, screening, interviewing, assessment, and coordination.

You will play a pivotal role in helping client companies build effective teams and work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels of our organisation.

Day to day, you will be:

• Negotiating and gaining a full and comprehensive job brief.
• Preparing effective advertisements and effective screening of candidates through proper assessment and selection process.
• Reference checking of candidates to ensure the suitability of candidates.
• Providing a follow-up service to the client and candidate after the candidate starts their new position to ensure that the placement has been successful and the completion of the probationary period/guarantee period coverage.
• Ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and within required time frames including invoicing documentation.
• Collecting outstanding accounts and ensuring the client's awareness of their credit status with Drake.
• Telemarketing calls to existing and potential accounts and the implementation of promotional activities.

• A background working in high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to screen, secure and keep quality candidates
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, or Sales is advantageous
• Commercial business acumen and results orientated
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation ability (with both candidates and clients)
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
